What counts as a result

Orders on marketplaces, sales value, first-time buyers.

What it costs

Link tracking is free. Funded campaigns: ₹4,999 + GST a year and the reward you set + 15% per result, from a budget you lock.

What you see

Every open by channel and city, who is on the page now, and each marketplace order the moment it is counted.

How it plays out

An electronics seller lists a new earbud. Deal-group admins and YouTubers share its Flipkart page through Shopmycode links. The seller sees 3,200 opens, 96 orders and ₹1.9 lakh in sales by marketer — and knows which groups to fund next time.

Who shares for a e-commerce & retail brand

Each of them gets a link of their own, sees their own numbers, and is paid per counted marketplace order.

Why e-commerce & retail teams use it

Stores you already sell on

Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Meesho and more through their affiliate networks.

Orders, not just clicks

The store echoes the order back; you see sales value and the return window.

Deal groups convert

WhatsApp and Telegram deal communities are among the best-converting channels in India.

QR on the shelf

The same link as a QR on packaging or in-store material, same live numbers.

The e-commerce & retail guide

How referral works in e-commerce & retail, how to set it up, what to pay, what to watch, and what to avoid.

Short version. One link per partner or placement, a reward per counted marketplace order, a budget you lock, and a live view both sides read.

The marketplace problem: reach you do not own

A seller on Amazon or Flipkart owns the product and the price, but not the customer. Marketplaces show your listing to people who searched for it; they do not send you the deal group in Jaipur or the reviewer in Hyderabad. Those people exist, and they move real volume, but they work through networks that report on their own schedule and keep the relationship.

The retail version of the same problem is the shelf. A QR on a shelf-talker or a bag gets scanned; nobody knows by whom, from which store, or whether it led to a repeat visit.

One list for marketplace links, store links and QR codes

On Shopmycode a listing link, your own store's product page and a printed QR code sit in the same campaign, each with its own line of numbers. Share a listing link with deal groups and reviewers; put a QR on the shelf; the opens from each show up by channel and city, and the orders that the marketplace reports are attributed to the link that brought the shopper.

For your own store, the snippet counts the order directly. For marketplaces, orders arrive through the marketplace's affiliate reporting, on the marketplace's timeline. The platform tells you plainly which is which, so you know what is live and what is waiting.

Promo codes fit in the same picture. A creator or a deal group can carry a code of their own, so shoppers who type the code at checkout are attributed even when they arrive without the link. Codes and links show up on the same line for that marketer, which makes 'how much did this partner sell?' a one-line answer.

What to pay for, and how much

Pay for orders, not clicks. Deal groups can produce thousands of opens in an hour; opens are worth understanding, not worth paying for. Set the reward per order at a level that makes sense against your margin on that SKU, and remember the platform's 15% comes on top, from the budget you locked. Different products can have different offers with different rewards.

If you run seasonal pushes, lock a budget for the season and let the campaign pause itself when it is used up. Nobody over-promotes an offer that has run out.

Deal communities and reviewers: working with them well

Deal-group admins and YouTube reviewers are professionals. They want to know the reward, the budget left, and whether the numbers they see will match what they are paid. Shopmycode shows them all three on their own screen, live, which is why they take offers here that they would ignore in an email.

Give them what they need to post: the ready-made message with their link, a promo code if you have one, and a landing page that loads quickly on a phone. Then leave them alone and watch the numbers.

Retail: the shelf QR that finally reports back

Print a different QR per store, or per shelf, or per bag. Each is a link with a label. Scans show up as opens with a city; second visits show up as returning people; if the page has a 'find a store' or 'order online' step, that is the result you reward. For a brand that sells through hundreds of retailers, this is the first time the shelf has ever spoken.

Questions
