Short version. One link per partner or placement, a reward per counted first order, a budget you lock, and a live view both sides read.
Hyperlocal reach is a society WhatsApp group
A cloud kitchen, a grocery delivery service or a neighbourhood café lives or dies within a few kilometres. The people who move orders inside that radius are society admins, office-lunch organisers and food reels from someone nearby. Their reach is small and dense, which is exactly what a hyperlocal business wants, and it has never been measurable.
The arithmetic is unusual. A society group of three hundred residents, with one admin who posts your menu on Friday, is worth more than a boosted post reaching ten thousand people across the city, because every one of the three hundred can actually order from you tonight. Ten societies, ten admins, ten links: that is a distribution network a kitchen can build in a week, and it reports back every evening.
A link per society, a QR per bag
Give every society admin a link with the society's name; give office groups theirs; print a QR on the delivery bag and the menu card. The menu or the ordering page is the landing page, and the first order is the result. Opens from each society show up separately, as do second visits, so you know which building is ordering again and which admin brought them.
Small rewards, quick payment
In food the reward is small and the volume is high. ₹40 to ₹80 per first order is common thinking; the platform adds 15%, from the budget you locked. What matters more than the size is that it lands in the admin's wallet the moment the order is counted, and that they can see it. That is what keeps a society admin posting your Friday special instead of somebody else's.
Using the live view for a kitchen
Opens spike at 11:30 and 7:30; the live view shows who is on the menu now and from which society. If a society opens but does not order, a delivery-time or minimum-order message on the page usually explains it. If a bag QR keeps being scanned from a new pin code, someone is carrying your bags to work.
Second visits are the number a kitchen should watch most. A society that ordered once and comes back on the same link is a society that liked the food; a society that opened three times and never ordered has a problem you can fix (delivery time, minimum order, a menu that did not load). Both show up in the live view without anyone asking.
What not to do
Do not run a referral on top of a coupon on top of a platform discount; the numbers stop meaning anything. Pick one offer, state one reward, and keep the landing page the same one the admins already share. Cancelled orders reverse the result automatically when your ordering system reports them.
