Live view

Not a report. A window.

Every open through a Shopmycode link shows up as it happens: the platform it came from, the device, the city — and, on pages with our one line of code or in Full view, which page the person is on right now, how long they have stayed and where they went next.

The Live tab: referrals, people and sign-ups with a pulsing last-hour chart and three visitors on the page now — WhatsApp Pune, Instagram Mumbai, YouTube Bengaluru

What the Live tab shows

On the page now

People currently on the site, with the page they are looking at and the seconds they have been there.

Journey

Opened the link on WhatsApp in Pune on an iPhone → landing page → pricing → signed up, 4 minutes later.

Hand-offs

When a person is sent to the Play Store, the App Store or an installed app, it is tagged — so a "left the page" is not mistaken for a loss.

Came back

The same device returning on its own is recognised and shown as a return, not a new person.

Pages seen and time on site

Per person and in total, for the brand and for the marketer.

Minute by minute

The last hour as a ticker, the last 30 days by day, with results marked.

Two ways to open a link — you choose per campaign

MethodWhat happensWhat you get
Standard (default)The link opens the page.Arrivals, device, city, source, repeat opens. Pages and time on site when the page carries the one-line snippet.
Full viewFor pages you cannot change.Every page they move to, time on each, time on site, when they leave — without installing anything on the site. Works for most brand sites.
Honest limits: a few sites do not allow Full view (we notice and use Standard); in-app browsers on iPhone hide where a tap came from; what happens inside a native app after an install is invisible unless the app tells us.

Why it matters

For brands

You see the person, not the click — and whether the marketer's audience actually engages with the page. Fewer arguments, better decisions on who to fund.

For marketers

You know within minutes whether a post is working, on which platform, in which city — and the brand sees exactly the same thing.
